The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund announces four new board members for 2024, including a pair of resident-owned-community leaders.
Incoming Board Chair Jamie Richardson of Auburn is a Managing Director of Research at Fidelity Investments, where he manages a team that invests in state and local governments and nonprofits through the municipal bond market. Before joining Fidelity, Richardson worked in the New Hampshire Governor's Office, serving in several different roles in the administration of Governor John Lynch, including Executive Assistant to the Governor and Policy Director.
André Garron of Bedford is Hooksett's Town Administrator and has spent over 30 years working in municipal government. He has served in various municipal capacities in N.H., including in Goffstown, Londonderry, and Salem, and as an Economic Development specialist at the University of N.H. Cooperative Extension.
Pamela Rothgaber and Victoria Staunches are leaders in their respective resident-owned communities (ROCs) in N.H. and the statewide ROC network.
Rothgaber has served for eight years on the board of directors of Friendship Drive Cooperative in Salem, N.H., and is currently board president. She has run several small businesses and is currently owner of the award-winning PamVater One of a Kind and Doll Restoration Company.
Staunches is a former Operations Manager at Fox Hill Cooperative in Franconia, N.H., where she guided a large infrastructure project. It included septic and waterline replacement, road and driveway pavement, and drainage. She also oversaw the placement of new homes.
Community Loan Fund President Steve Saltzman said he's looking forward to the leadership and life experiences of the new board members helping shape the nonprofit's strategic growth.
