LaRose, Grappone join Community Loan Fund board

Allison Grappone and Liz LaRose are the two newest members of the NH Community Loan Fund's board of directors.

The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce the addition of two new members beginning in February 2022.

Allison Grappone of Concord, N.H. is a strategy consultant with AGG Consulting, also in Concord.

Allison's career is focused on supporting the strategic needs of purpose-driven nonprofit and for-profit businesses. She specializes in strategic planning and innovative program development. She brings to this role her past experience as a founder and chief executive officer of a software startup, a partner in a software development firm, and a nonprofit program manager.

Allison’s notable accomplishments include being a founding member of the N.H. Charitable Foundation’s Entrepreneur’s Fund of N.H., an original member of the Governor’s Live Free and Start Council, and her startup being featured on MSNBC's Your Business. She is also an active hospice volunteer.

NB_LaRose-GrapponeLiz LaRose of Sharon, N.H., is President of the Monadnock United Way. Prior to that, she was the director of marketing and communications at Crotched Mountain Foundation. Her early career includes 13 years as a marketing and public relations consultant.

Liz is an active member of the Healthy Monadnock Alliance, serving on the Executive Committee, and the Behavioral Health workgroup of the Monadnock Region’s Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP).

She is a member of the New Hampshire Funders Forum and served as the 2016 President of the Public Relations Society of America Yankee Chapter.

Past community involvement includes being a volunteer adaptive ski instructor for Crotched Mountain Accessible Recreation and Sports and serving on the boards of the Harris Center for Conservation Education, Sharon Conservation Commission, and Giving Monadnock. She is a 2011 graduate of Leadership New Hampshire.
