New Hampshire Community Loan Fund President Juliana Eades has been named one of New Hampshire’s 200 most influential business leaders by the New Hampshire Business Review.

NHBR’s editors selected its inaugural New Hampshire 200 honorees by consulting regional business contacts and conducting hundreds of interviews and months of research to reveal “the people who really run New Hampshire.” They were honored at an event Oct. 30.

NHBR called the Community Loan Fund a national model for “how to help people and institutions invest locally, preserve and improve manufactured housing as affordable housing, and using royalty financing to help local businesses grow.”

Eades, who was selected in the area of financial services, said the most important business lesson she’s learned is “Do the best you can to support employees while balancing the interests of the individual and the organization.”
